About the Role
We are looking for a senior, high-ownership professional to lead corporate healthcare partnerships, drive high-value patient conversions, and manage premium hospital & international accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- B2B Corporate Healthcare Relationship Building
- B2C High-End Surgery Conversion (₹3–₹5 lakh+ ticket size)
- Insurance-driven patient workflows
- Hospital & international partner account management
The ideal candidate understands corporate insurance ecosystems, can engage CXO-level stakeholders, and is comfortable converting relationships into predictable, high-quality surgical volumes.
Key Responsibilities1. B2B Corporate Healthcare Partnerships
- Build and manage partnerships with corporates that already provide medical insurance / health covers
- Engage with HR Heads, Admin Teams, Corporate Wellness Managers, Insurance & TPA stakeholders
- Position advanced, minimally invasive procedures as preferred referral pathways
- Plan and execute:
- Corporate health talks
- Screening camps
- Priority OPD & surgery access programs
- Convert corporate relationships into measurable, recurring patient inflow
2. B2C High-End Patient Conversion
- Drive conversion from OPD → Surgery for planned, elective, premium procedures
- Confidently handle ₹3–₹5 lakh+ treatment, pricing, and insurance discussions
- Coordinate with doctors and patient coordinators for:
- Financial counselling
- Insurance alignment
- Structured follow-ups
- Ensure strong expectation management for high-value patients and families
3. Hospital & International Account Management
- Manage relationships with partner hospitals in Mumbai and abroad
- Coordinate:
- OT scheduling
- Pricing & revenue-share models
- Administrative and clinical alignment
- Act as a single point of contact between:
- Hospital leadership
- Doctors
- Corporate partners
- Internal operations teams
- Ensure seamless execution of high-value surgical cases
Competence in Health Insurance Workflows (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cashless hospitalization workflows
- Reimbursement cases
- Pre-authorization & enhancement processes
- Coordinate between:
- Patients & families
- Insurance companies
- TPAs
- Hospital insurance & billing desks
- Handle documentation, follow-ups, and query resolution
- Align insurance approvals with OT scheduling and patient readiness
- Balance revenue protection with patient trust
Efficiency in Zoho CRM (Mandatory)
- Daily, disciplined usage of Zoho CRM (Web + Mobile App)
- Track:
- Corporate accounts
- Patient journeys (Lead → OPD → Surgery)
- Hospital & insurance interactions
- Maintain CRM hygiene for:
- Meetings
- Follow-ups
- Conversion stages
- Use dashboards to track:
- Conversion ratios
- Corporate-wise ROI
- Surgery value & drop-offs
Non-negotiable: If it’s not updated in CRM, it didn’t happen.Language Proficiency (Mandatory)
- English – Fluent (corporate communication, emails, presentations)
- Hindi – Fluent (patient & internal coordination)
- Marathi – Working proficiency (local corporates & hospitals)
- Gujarati – Working proficiency (preferred)
Corporate Office & Travel
- Corporate Office: Navi Mumbai
- Regular travel within Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane
- Occasional international travel to partner hospitals abroad
- Office + field role (not remote)

Compensation & Incentives
- CTC: ₹9 – ₹12 LPA (Fixed)
- Performance-Linked Incentives: In addition to fixed pay
- Incentives linked to:
- Corporate partnerships activated
- High-value surgery conversions (₹3–₹5 lakh+ cases)
- Revenue generated from corporate & hospital accounts
- High performers can earn significantly more based on outcomes
