We are building a centralized corporate structure to strengthen HR systems, compliance, and operational discipline across our group companies.

We are seeking a Corporate HR & Operations Manager to lead these initiatives from our Ahmedabad office.

A. Role Objective

To build and manage centralized HR systems, ensure operational governance, and create structured processes across group businesses.

B. Key Responsibilities

1️ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for group companies
• Structure hiring pipelines
• Oversee onboarding frameworks
• Maintain talent database and workforce planning

2️ HR Systems & Compliance

• Develop HR policies & SOPs
• Maintain documentation and employee records
• Oversee payroll coordination & compliance
• Ensure process discipline across business units

3️ Administrative & Governance Control

• Manage vendor contracts & documentation
• Monitor infrastructure and administrative discipline
• Implement asset and record management systems

4️ Performance & Culture Systems

• Implement KPI/KRA frameworks
• Track employee performance cycles
• Drive structured review mechanisms
• Strengthen internal communication systems

5️ Strategic Reporting

• Prepare MIS & HR dashboards
• Provide hiring and attrition insights
• Assist leadership in organizational structuring

C. Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years experience in HR & Operations
• Experience in handling multi-department teams
• Strong documentation & compliance mindset
• Highly structured, disciplined & process-driven
• Comfortable working directly with founders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,876.96 per month
