Location: 100% Remote (Candidates from South India preferred- Bangalore, Pune, Maharashtra)
Shift Timings: EST Hours (Night Shift)

About the Role

Absolute IT is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Expert / Corporate HR with proven experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in hiring Business Development Managers (BDMs), particularly those working with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients.

Key Responsibilities

· 2–3 years of experience as an HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist in US Staffing.

· Must have experience hiring professionals working with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients.

· Proven success in hiring BDMs

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
