Corporate Intelligence Analyst, South Asia Coverage Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex open source and human source led investigations focused on South Asia (including pre transaction integrity due diligence, disputes support, and bespoke investigative assignments);
- Produce clear, structured reports that combine factual findings with informed, contextual analysis of political, regulatory, reputational, and commercial risks across South Asian markets;
- Deliver written and in person briefings to senior management, investors, and clients operating in or exposed to South Asia;
- Contribute to business development, including drafting proposals and supporting pitch processes for new mandates linked to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and neighbouring markets;
- Develop and maintain a robust human source network across South Asia, leveraging Dubai as a regional hub for capital and advisory activity; and
- Support the training and development of junior team members, ensuring adherence to house style, research standards, and analytical rigour.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Fluency in English in a commercial context, with professional proficiency in at least one South Asian language (for example Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil or Sinhala);
- 3-6 years of full time post graduate experience in corporate intelligence, investigations, due diligence, political risk, or a related field;
- Strong experience using open source research platforms such as LexisNexis and Factiva, as well as regional and language specific databases and media sources covering South Asia;
- Ability to manage multi layered research assignments from scoping and proposal stage through to delivery;
- Working knowledge of financial structures, corporate records, litigation processes, and regulatory frameworks relevant to South Asian jurisdictions;
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution; and
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- A sustained interest in South Asian politics, business, and cross border capital flows, particularly as they intersect with the Gulf region;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to brief senior stakeholders;
- The ability to operate independently while contributing effectively within a Dubai based regional team;
- Commercial awareness and a willingness to support broader practice development;
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Consistent professionalism and sound judgement; and
- Openness to feedback and continuous development.
