Position Description:
The Corporate Inventory Control Manager is responsible for managing inventory accuracy and asset protection at the corporate level, supporting the entire distribution network. This role focuses on centralized inventory oversight, data integrity, reporting, and process standardization. As a peer to the Regional Inventory Control Managers, the Corporate Inventory Control Manager collaborates across departments and with distribution centers to ensure consistent inventory practices, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Oversee and validate inventory adjustments across the network from a corporate perspective, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- 
Maintain centralized inventory records and reporting tools to support operational transparency and decision-making.
- 
Analyze inventory trends and discrepancies across regions to identify systemic issues and recommend corrective actions.
- 
Collaborate with Regional Inventory Control Managers, Operations, Finance, and IT to standardize inventory processes and systems.
- 
Support the development and implementation of asset protection strategies to minimize loss and improve inventory integrity.
- 
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and audit compliance.
- 
Assist in preparing inventory-related reports for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- 
Participate in investigations of inventory variances and support resolution efforts.
- 
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the organization.
