Job Overview:
Madasa SRL Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Investment Analyst to support strategic investment decisions and financial planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, market awareness, and the ability to provide data-driven insights to guide business growth and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and investment research
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess associated risks
• Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and industry performance
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance activities
• Analyze portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategies with business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or financial advisory
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage
