Job Title: Corporate Invoicing Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance Department as a Corporate Invoicing Executive. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with well-reputed or large organizations and possess strong knowledge of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee corporate invoicing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure timely billing and reconciliation of accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding invoicing queries.
Maintain financial records and support audits when required.
Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com).
ACCA (Part Qualified – 1, 2, or 3).
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/invoicing, preferably in a large or well-established company.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
