Corporate Lawyer

Jollibee UAE is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts (supplier agreements, leases, service contracts, etc.)
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business operations in the UAE
• Handle real estate-related legal matters (rental/leasing, fit-outs)
• Manage dispute resolution, litigation support, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and HR

Qualifications & Skills:

• Law degree with a strong understanding of UAE corporate and commercial law
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office tools is highly desirable
