Corporate Lawyer

• Provide Legal Advice:

Offer expert legal guidance to corporate clients on business operations, regulatory matters, and compliance with UAE and international laws.

• Drafting & Reviewing Contracts:

Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MOUs, partnership agreements, NDAs, service agreements, shareholder agreements, and corporate resolutions.

• Corporate Structuring:

Advise clients on company formation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, liquidation, and corporate governance.

• Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure clients comply with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements, including filings with free zone authorities, DED, MOHRE, and other government entities.

• Legal Research:

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, prepare opinions, and stay updated with changes in laws and regulations relevant to corporate and commercial practice.

• Handling Corporate Transactions:

Manage end-to-end corporate transactions such as due diligence, business transfers, share transfers, and drafting related transaction documents.

• Client Representation:

Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and discussions with government departments, stakeholders, and opposing parties.

• Corporate Governance Support:

Prepare board resolutions, minutes of meetings, shareholder documents, and advise on corporate governance best practices.

• Risk Assessment:

Identify potential legal risks, propose solutions, and support clients in minimizing legal exposure.

• Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments—litigation, compliance, finance, and HR—to ensure all client matters are handled efficiently and professionally.

• File & Case Management:

Maintain organized records of client files, documentation, and ensure timely delivery of all legal work.

• Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients by providing exceptional client service and support.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
