Corporate Lawyer

Novus Executives are working with a US law firm who are looking to add an established mid-level corporate lawyer to it's busy transactional team.

You'll be advising a variety of multinational businesses/investors, sovereign wealth funds and other government backed entities on transactions in the Middle East.

The team advise on deals in a number of sectors including: healthcare, energy & infrastructure, real estate, technology and consumer.

• 3-6 PQE - Common Law Qualified
• Trained and practice within a top tier corporate practice in relevant jurisdiction, regional experience would be preferred
• Clear M&A and private equity deal experience

Although Arabic language skills are considered beneficial, they are not a requirement for this role.
