Corporate Lawyer & Compliance Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer & Compliance Officer to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in corporate and commercial law, strong attention to detail, and a basic understanding of UAE regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, resolutions, and corporate documents.
• Assist in company incorporation, restructuring, and corporate governance.
• Support compliance activities, including KYC, AML, UBO, and ESR documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on UAE company laws and regulations.
• Liaise with government authorities (DED, Free Zones, RAKICC, etc.) when required.
• Maintain internal compliance records and assist in preparing reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); LLM is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 to 2 year of UAE experience in legal, corporate, or compliance work.
• Knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and corporate laws preferred.
• Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with corporate service providers or law firms is a plus.
