Corporate Lawyer - Intern

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Lawyer Intern to support our company Legal Requirements in drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate documents. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in corporate law, compliance, and legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research on regulatory and compliance matters
• Support due diligence processes for corporate transactions
• Maintain legal records, filings, and documentation
• Assist senior lawyers with case preparation and corporate governance
• Prepare meeting briefs, minutes, and compliance checklists

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed LLB / BA-LLB / BBA-LLB
• Strong understanding of corporate and contract law
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong argumentation and reasoning skills — ability to defend a position, present facts clearly, and build logical, well-structured legal arguments
• Strong legal drafting and research capabilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
