Corporate Lawyer - LLB/LLM

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advice & Guidance:

Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions.

Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership deals.
Ensure contract terms align with legal standards and business objectives.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Manage the legal aspects of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate restructuring activities.
Conduct legal due diligence and support post-merger Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Design and implement internal compliance policies and training programs.

Dispute Resolution

Represent the company in legal proceedings including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Coordinate with external counsel and manage dispute resolution strategies.

Intellectual Property

Oversee registration and protection of intellectual property assets such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Handle infringement issues and licensing agreements.

Corporate Governance

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); Masters degree (LLM) preferred.
6+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or MNC environment.
Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
