Corporate Lawyer (Riyadh)

A well-established private practice law firm in Riyadh is seeking a Corporate Lawyer (4-5 PQE+) to join its Saudi corporate team.

The role focuses on general corporate work, with a strong emphasis on corporate regulatory matters in the Saudi market. The team advises both local and international clients, supporting businesses operating in or entering Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on general corporate and commercial matters
• Handling corporate regulatory work relevant to Saudi law and practice
• Supporting transactional work, including M&A, where required
• Working closely with partners on complex, client facing matters
• Advising clients on corporate structuring and compliance in Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• 4-5 years' PQE or above in corporate law
• Private practice background
• Experience in general corporate and corporate regulatory work
• Exposure to the Saudi legal and regulatory environment
• England & Wales or New York qualification preferred
• Arabic not required
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
