We are working with a top-tier international law firm seeking a mid-level Corporate M&A Associate to join its highly regarded Dubai office.

This is a standout opportunity to work on fast-paced, high-value transactions, with a particular focus on buy-side and sponsor-led, cross-border deals, alongside market-leading partners and an internationally recognised client base.

The Role

• Advising on complex corporate M&A transactions, including private equity and sponsor-driven deals.
• Exposure to cross-border matters across the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
• Working closely with international teams on high-profile, fast-moving transactions.
• Early responsibility, strong client exposure and genuine scope for progression.

What are we looking for?

• UK, Australian or New Zealand qualified lawyer
• 3-5 PQE with strong experience in corporate M&A
• Background from a leading international or top-tier firm
• Experie nce working on buy-side and sponsor transactions
• Stellar academics essential
• Commercial, driven and keen to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment
