Corporate Manager – Experienced in Automobile Dealership

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Corporate Manager to lead and expand our corporate sales operations within the automobile industry. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in automotive corporate sales, fleet business development, key account management, and strategic client relationship building.

Location: I-9 & I-10, Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and business partners.
  • Generate new corporate business opportunities and expand the dealership's fleet sales portfolio.
  • Identify and secure high-value corporate accounts and long-term business contracts.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, quotations, and corporate agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of corporate orders and client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the automotive sector.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the corporate sales team to maximize performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and long-term client retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Mandatory experience in the Automobile Industry, preferably with dealerships, automotive brands, or fleet sales operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent business acumen with a strategic and target-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
