We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Corporate Manager to lead and expand our corporate sales operations within the automobile industry. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in automotive corporate sales, fleet business development, key account management, and strategic client relationship building.
Location: I-9 & I-10, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and business partners.
- Generate new corporate business opportunities and expand the dealership's fleet sales portfolio.
- Identify and secure high-value corporate accounts and long-term business contracts.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, quotations, and corporate agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of corporate orders and client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the automotive sector.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and support the corporate sales team to maximize performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and long-term client retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Mandatory experience in the Automobile Industry, preferably with dealerships, automotive brands, or fleet sales operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent business acumen with a strategic and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
