Job Summary
The Corporate Marketing professional is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing and branding strategies to enhance the hospital’s image, increase patient engagement, and support business growth. This role focuses on corporate branding, physician marketing, community outreach, and digital and offline marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Branding & Strategy
- Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies aligned with hospital goals
- Maintain and enhance the hospital’s brand identity across all channels
- Ensure consistent messaging across departments, branches, and partner institutions
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events)
- Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and health packages
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare ROI reports
Digital & Online Marketing
- Oversee website content, SEO, and online reputation management
- Manage social media platforms and online advertising
- Coordinate with digital agencies for paid campaigns and analytics
Doctor & Service Line Marketing
- Support individual departments and physicians with tailored marketing plans
- Develop marketing materials for new services, clinics, and technologies
- Coordinate patient education and awareness programs
Public Relations & Communications
- Handle media relations, press releases, and hospital announcements
- Manage internal communications and corporate presentations
- Support crisis communication when required
Community Outreach & Events
- Plan health camps, awareness programs, seminars, and corporate tie-ups
- Coordinate sponsorships, exhibitions, and hospital events
- Build relationships with corporates, insurance companies, and referral partners
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare laws, ethical standards, and hospital policies
- Coordinate with legal and clinical teams for approvals
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- MBA / Master’s in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
Experience
- 3–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitals
- Experience in corporate branding and integrated marketing campaigns

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
