Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Marketing & Sales Manager (Female) to lead and expand our client base in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales & business development in PEB, construction, or infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve company goals
• Identify and target new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors
• Handle project enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to closure
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Coordinate with the technical and execution teams for smooth project delivery
• Prepare monthly reports and sales forecasts for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing (preferred)
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in sales & marketing in PEB, construction, or infrastructure
• Strong business network and proven track record of sales closures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
