Responsibilities:

• The Corporate Medical Officer is responsible for ensuring corporate patients are managed according to medical insurance coverage.
• Review and process corporate patient cases and ensure accurate and timely billing as per the individual company contract.
• Maintains quality customer services by following customer service practices; responding to customer inquiries related to corporate insurance.
• Reviews and assesses daily progress of all corporate patients.
• Analysis of data to monitor corporate patient trends.
