Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support across business setup and corporate structuring matters. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company law, conduct due diligence, and support various departments with legal documentation and advisory functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, amend, and advise on appropriate corporate structures for Meydan Free Zone companies, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Research and update stakeholders on new and upcoming rules related to company and employment law.
  • Review and advise on company formation transactions and draft related legal documents.
  • Draft, review, and perform due diligence on contracts, commercial agreements, legal notices, and memos.
  • Support multiple departments with legal requirements and strategic initiatives.
  • Resolve escalated legal or transactional issues promptly and ensure quality through periodic checks.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
  • Analyze process or application errors and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory); master’s degree or legal certifications are an advantage.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a corporate paralegal or company formation role, ideally within the business setup or free zone industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law with proven experience drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and/or Arabic is preferred; a second language is desirable.
