Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join our Riyadh office. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising high-profile clients across corporate, commercial, and banking sectors. This is a strategic leadership position with significant client-facing responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our practice in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
• Advise financial institutions and corporate clients on regulatory compliance and strategic business initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with regional offices on cross-border matters.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to banking and financial institutions.
• Proven track record of advising high-profile clients and leading significant transactions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to excellence.
• Previous partnership or senior-level experience preferred.
