Corporate Partnership Development (Gov Healthcare, Good Career Prospect)
Job Scope
- Lead and provide direction to the partnership development team, including setting priorities, goals, and performance expectations.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to expand and strengthen corporate partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as corporate partners, healthcare providers, insurance partners, and physician groups.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to drive awareness, growth, and service value.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support partnership needs, resolve challenges, and improve service workflows.
- Review and enhance partnership processes and policies to improve efficiency and value delivery.
- Monitor industry landscape and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and informed decision making.
- Track partnership performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide secretariat support for meetings.
- Participate in organizational planning activities and support ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare, Management) preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrates commercial awareness, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and perform well in a fast paced environment.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive, with strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Positive, service oriented, and able to mentor and guide team members professionally.
