JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multiple payrolls each week for multiple long term care facilities. This role operates within the Corporate Payroll Department and works closely with Payroll Staff at the corporate level as well as Payroll Bookkeepers at each facility.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage strict deadlines, and a working knowledge of payroll regulations, deductions, garnishments and benefits. The Payroll Specialist serves as a key point of contact for facilities, providing guidance on payroll procedures, timelines and compliance requirements to ensure payroll data is submitted accuratley and on schedule.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate professionally and effectively, work collaboratively across departments and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive payroll information in a fast- paced corporate environment.
