Key Responsibilities
Corporate Performance & Strategic Alignment

Lead the cascading of corporate objectives to departments and individuals through structured workshops with department managers.

Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and objectives.

Evaluate the organization’s positioning against long-term value creation opportunities; identify strategic gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets in coordination with all departments, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.

Develop and maintain a performance dashboard to continuously monitor corporate performance.

Prepare regular performance reports, including analysis and recommended mitigation actions, for senior management.

Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective measures, and escalate critical risks as appropriate.
Stakeholder Management

Facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders, including project owners, senior leadership, and external partners, to ensure alignment in project governance and execution.

Communicate corporate performance results and insights to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Work closely with finance, strategy, and operations teams to integrate performance insights into business planning and forecasting.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including department heads and executive leadership, to ensure performance metrics are aligned with strategic goals.
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate performance management, strategic planning, or related fields.
