Position Overview

Bulletproof Marketing LLC is seeking a seasoned Corporate Pilot and CFI/CFII to operate and instruct in our 2023 Cirrus SR22T.

This role combines:

• Pilot-in-Command responsibilities
• Private and Instrument instruction
• Weekly ground school sessions
• International Bahamas operations
• Aircraft oversight and coordination

Our ownership group (three student pilots with ~100 hours each) is committed to earning Private Pilot Certificates and Instrument Ratings. We are seeking a long-term aviation partner to guide and mentor us through that process.

This position is not intended for pilots seeking to build time toward airline employment. We are specifically seeking a seasoned professional pilot in the later stage of their career.

Expected Activity

• Approximately 200 flight hours per year
• 20 Bahamas round trips annually
• 1–2 weekly ground instruction sessions at 4708 Lena Road, Bradenton, Fl
• Average workload ~10 hours per week
• Seasonal peaks during April–June
• Availability on 24-hour notice required

Candidate must reside in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

Compensation

• $80,000+ annual salary (W2)

This role is structured for a financially stable, experienced aviator seeking meaningful part-time flying and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide Private and Instrument flight instruction
• Conduct ground school sessions
• Serve as PIC during training and Bahamas operations
• Coordinate customs and international paperwork
• Perform pre- and post-flight inspections
• Monitor weather and ensure conservative decision-making
• Coordinate maintenance and aircraft repositioning
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and presentation
• Log flights in company database
• Maintain CFI/CFII certifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Commercial Pilot Certificate
• Current CFI and CFII
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Strong IFR proficiency
• Valid Passport
• Clean FAA record

Preferred:

• 2,500+ Total Time
• Significant high-performance single-engine experience
• Cirrus experience preferred
• Retired airline or corporate jet background

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
