About the Role

As a Corporate PR & Brand Executive, you’ll be the storyteller and guardian of our brand identity. You will manage how the world perceives our technology, people, and culture — through compelling communication, strategic PR, and strong digital presence. From media outreach to social engagement, your work will strengthen our reputation as an innovative, trusted software partner.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR):

  • Develop and implement PR and corporate communication strategies to build and maintain a strong brand reputation.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and feature stories highlighting milestones, product launches, and leadership insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with journalists, tech media, and influencers across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Manage crisis communication and brand reputation monitoring.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media briefings.

Corporate Branding & Digital Presence:

  • Oversee and maintain the company’s official social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.) with consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Plan and execute social media calendars, ensuring alignment with corporate campaigns, product announcements, and cultural activities.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and video content for social and PR initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline communication assets — website, email, presentations, press kits, etc.
  • Support and lead employer branding campaigns highlighting company culture, achievements, and CSR activities.

Content & Communication:

  • Create and manage corporate content including blogs, newsletters, leadership articles, and case studies.
  • Draft executive communication materials such as speeches, internal memos, and announcements.
  • Work with HR and digital marketing teams to amplify internal stories on external channels.
  • Track and report on content engagement, PR coverage, and social analytics to measure campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management within a software house, IT firm, or digital agency.
  • Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts and creating engaging content.
  • Excellent English writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Buffer, HubSpot, or Meltwater).
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology, innovation ecosystems, and corporate brand positioning.
  • Creative mindset with strong coordination and relationship-building skills.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking technology brand redefining digital transformation.
  • Collaborative, innovative environment that values creativity and ownership.
  • Competitive salary package with bonuses and career growth opportunities.
  • Health, wellness, and continuous learning benefits.
