What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll guide the entire Purchasing Department, ensuring that the materials, products, and services we depend on are delivered with quality, efficiency, and reliability. You’ll be trusted to:
Develop and refine purchasing policies and procedures that drive success.
Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, ensuring quality, cost savings, and on-time delivery.
Forecast procurement needs, manage inventory levels, and keep our ERP system running smoothly.
Negotiate contracts and policies that align with both business goals and supplier capabilities.
Mentor and lead a talented purchasing team—hiring, training, and developing future leaders.
Analyze market conditions to stay ahead of challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate daily with other leaders to keep production moving forward seamlessly.
What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of purchasing/supply chain management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of business administration, production processes, and strategic planning.
Exceptional skills in negotiation, critical thinking, and time management.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus).
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
Your Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility for occasional extended hours or weekends as needed.
