Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and professional Corporate Receptionist to manage front desk operations while supporting basic sales activities and handling incoming calls. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and confident in communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services
  • Support sales team by sharing leads and coordinating client visits
  • Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer details
  • Manage reception area and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
  • Organized and multitasking ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
