Job Description: Corporate Relationship Manager
Primary Purpose:
To manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their banking needs are met while mitigating risk and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships to understand client needs.
Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development
Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products (loans, trade finance, cash management, treasury services).
Develop tailored financial solutions for clients.
Credit & Risk Assessment
Analyze client financial statements, business plans, and creditworthiness.
Prepare credit proposals for loans and other financing products.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Portfolio Management
Monitor client accounts, including loan performance, repayment schedules, and operational issues.
Mitigate risks and proactively address potential issues.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as risk, compliance, operations, and treasury.
Provide input for product development and process improvements.
