Betterhomes is expanding our Corporate & Relocation Services division, and we are hiring a Corporate & Relocation Services Consultant to deliver a premium, concierge-level relocation experience for corporate clients and international assignees moving to the UAE.

This is a unique opportunity to join one of Dubai’s most established and trusted real estate brands, supporting high-profile relocation accounts across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

About the Role

As a Corporate & Relocation Services Consultant, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end relocation journeys from tailored home searches and community orientation tours to school support and lease completion.

This is a field-based, client-facing role requiring strong organisation, professionalism, and a passion for delivering a true white-glove service experience .

Key Responsibilities

Relocation & Assignee Services

• Conduct personalised home searches for rental and sales clients
• Coordinate property viewings, shortlists, and itineraries
• Guide assignees through UAE leasing and sales processes (Ejari, deposits, fees, DLD transfers)
• Deliver community tours showcasing lifestyle, amenities, and key neighbourhoods
• Provide school search support including tours, admissions liaison, and curriculum advice
• Support move-ins with handovers, snagging checks, and utility setup

Corporate Account Support

• Assist the CRS Manager in servicing corporate relocation accounts
• Track and manage Scope of Work deliverables across accounts
• Maintain clear communication and ensure service standards are met

Reporting & CRM Management

• Keep accurate case records and relocation updates in CRM
• Submit regular activity and progress reports
• Ensure measurable performance tracking and transparency

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in UAE relocation and real estate
• Strong knowledge of Dubai & Abu Dhabi communities
• Understanding of UAE leasing and buying processes
• Familiarity with UAE school systems and admissions
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
