Job Purpose:
The
Corporate Reporting Lead
will support the development and delivery of Badael’s strategic and operational reports by collecting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple departments and conducting the oversight of corporate performance results. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs used by senior management and the Board of Directors. Working under the guidance of the Manager of Reporting, the Lead will prepare performance summaries, maintain KPI tracking tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting standards and processes. This position plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and promoting transparency across the organization.
Functional Accountabilities:
Data Collection & Validation

Collect data and progress updates from departmental focal points following the established reporting schedule and templates

Review submissions for completeness and consistency, flagging missing or unclear data to ensure accurate consolidation

Support data verification activities by cross-checking figures and maintaining clear documentation of all received inputs
Monthly & Board Reporting

Assist in compiling monthly and Board reports by preparing tables, charts, and supporting narratives based on validated departmental data

Ensure that visual materials and content are aligned with the organization’s reporting standards and formatting guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams to gather clarifications and finalize inputs ahead of report submission deadlines

Support the preparation of presentation materials and summaries for executive and Board reviews
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

Perform routine checks on data accuracy, formatting, and presentation to ensure reports meet internal quality standards

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the reporting process, templates, or coordination mechanisms

Maintain an organized repository of historical reports, data sources, and change logs for reference and audit readiness
KPI & Milestones Tracking

Update and maintain KPI & Milestones tracking sheets and dashboards in coordination with departmental leads and data owners

Monitor progress against defined KPIs and prepare simple performance summaries or variance explanations
Assist in identifying data trends and deviations to support deeper analysis conducted by the Reporting Manager
Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies:

5 years of experience
in data analytics, business reporting, or performance management, preferably within a corporate reporting or strategy function

Demonstrated ability to
collect, organize, and validate data
from multiple sources to support management and executive reporting

Solid experience with
Excel and data visualization tools
(e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for building and maintaining reporting dashboards

Familiarity with
KPI tracking and performance measurement concepts
, with the ability to identify trends and prepare summary insights

Experience collaborating across departments and managing
tight reporting deadlines
in a fast-paced organizational environment

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced diploma or certifications in data analytics, reporting, or performance management are an advantage
