Corporate Retail Sales Intern - Downtown LEGO Authorized Retailer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Corporate Retail Sales Intern to join our team. This role is designed for students or young professionals eager to explore careers in sales, retail, and corporate account management. You will report directly to the COO, CMO, and CEO, gaining exposure to both customer-facing retail operations and the development of a corporate sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with in-store sales by helping customers with purchases, trade-ins, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations.
• Support retail floor initiatives that connect directly to broader corporate sales goals.
• Learn to build and maintain a corporate book of business, selling niche products to companies and organizations.
• Develop skills in cold calling, emailing leads, and managing inbound/outbound communication.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with supply chains, store teams, and corporate accounts.
• Learn how to track, manage, and grow a sales pipeline while supporting the leadership team on corporate outreach.

Qualifications:

• Current student in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related fields PREFERRED.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with customers and businesses.
• Interest in retail sales, account management, or corporate partnerships.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in both retail and office settings.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:
This is a paid internship with opportunities for growth based on performance and business needs.
