PHR-Services is hiring “Junior and Senior Business Development Executive” for a startup company working in the money market funds with 1 to 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the insurance or banking or fintech Industry.


The required candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting mid-sized and large companies into long-term clients. The role requires account management skills, and customer service activities to drive business growth and build strong client relationships to approach and understand client treasury needs, communicate company's value proposition, and close deals.


Requirements and skills:

-Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce, business, Finance, Economics, or any related field.

-Proven work experience of 1 to 5 years’ as a corporate sales representative, preferably selling financial services, SaaS, treasury products, or investment solutions.

-Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury needs, and decision-making dynamics.

-Mastering the corporate Selling techniques.

-Account penetration skills

-Ability to deal with different purchasing processes.

- Account Management skills

-Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills

-Proficient in Microsoft office. CRM systems and sales reporting tools

-Results-driven and motivated by performance targets.

-Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of understanding sector nuances.

-Experience working with mid-sized and large companies, with a track record of closing deals and meeting targets.

-Knowledge about financial services, investment solutions and competitors.


Main Responsibilities

-Corporate Client Acquisition, Identify, prioritize and prospect potential corporate clients across targeted industries using different data bases and directories to initiate contact through cold outreach, door knocking activity and geographical scan.

-Lead discovery meetings and diagnose corporate cash management needs.

-Present the company’s offering with clarity and confidence, customizing messaging to decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, Board, management team and others).

-Navigate corporate procurement processes to close deals and onboard new clients.

-Work closely with the Business Development Director to iterate on pitch materials, product positioning, and commercial strategy.
