A fast-growing, multi-division business group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Executive with a strong background in selling coffee solutions, meal plans, or similar F&B services to corporate clients across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of corporate sales experience, an existing network of corporate clients in Dubai, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and establish relationships with new corporate clients (offices, co-working spaces, venues, large employers) throughout Dubai and wider UAE.
- Maintain and grow a high-value portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring strong retention and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Business Growth:
- Identify business opportunities and create tailored proposals addressing client-specific requirements.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets in line with company goals.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure long-term service agreements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in F&B corporate solutions: coffee machines, beverage subscriptions, packaged meal plans, catering, and vending setups.
- Advise clients on optimal solutions based on their needs, usage patterns, and operational budgets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Admin, Facilities, Finance) and stakeholders.
- Provide after-sales service support and ensure clients' ongoing satisfaction through regular check-ins.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and industry innovations in corporate F&B.
- Use insights to propose improvements to offerings or identify market gaps.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Analyze performance data to drive decision-making and future strategy.
This role requires a valid UAE driving license, excellent English communication skills, and strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
