Corporate Sales Executive – Tourism Industry (UAE)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing team in the tourism and hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate sales within the UAE, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and sales appointments.
- Prepare and present customized corporate tour and event proposals.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, negotiations, and confirmations.
- Maintain client information and sales activities using CRM software.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings.
- Handle inquiries professionally and ensure prompt responses to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel solutions and group bookings.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and quotation preparation.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
