Job Description: As a corporate Sales Manager at Fitistan, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Wellness programs, challenges and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with key corporate clients, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional negotiation skills and a passion for exceeding performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of corporate wellness and fitness programs.
  • Identify and approach prospective companies through targeted outreach, events, and partnerships.
  • Build a strong lead pipeline by engaging HR leaders and decision-makers across industries.

Client Education & Engagement

  • Act as a wellness ambassador, educating HR professionals and corporate leaders on the benefits of employee wellness programs.
  • Customize wellness solutions to meet specific company needs and workforce profiles.

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure program adoption and renewal.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring consistent client engagement and satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align messaging and delivery.
  • Collaborate on campaign strategies, wellness events, and promotional initiatives.

Reporting & Market Insight

  • Track and report sales performance, client engagement metrics, and wellness adoption rates.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to refine positioning.
  • Share market insights with leadership to guide product development and strategy.

Contracting & Negotiation

  • Prepare proposals, pricing packages, and contracts tailored to organizational needs.
  • Negotiate terms with clarity and a focus on long-term value and mutual benefit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in Corporate Wellness.
  • Strong skills in strategy, relationship management, negotiation, analytics, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Adaptable and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
