Key Responsiblity:

  • Develop Regional action plans, sales forecasts in coordination with Sales Head to create new business opportunities.
  • Direct selling activities within a region including resource deployment and customer enagagement and prioritize tasks effectively in line with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor market prices and recommend price adjustments to buyers when necessary due to unforeseen changes in cost factors.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong relationship with key customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide effective leadership to both internal and external customers across all assigned responsibilities.
  • Negotiate rates and finalize deals with clients in accordance with company policies.
  • determine payment terms and credit limits based on customer’s credit worthiness to ensure timely payment collection and minimize risk of bad debts.
  • Train sales officers on product specifications and sales techniques including lead generation, conflict resolution, negotiation and closing skills , to improve sales performance and response time.
  • Monitor sales performance including revenues, sales volumes and cost against forecasts to identify the problem areas; achieve Regional sales objectives by incorporating Regional sales data into strategic planning. Submit periodic Sales Analysis report to the respective Head of department and TOP Management.
  • Develop a strong market tactics, generate leads and identify areas opportunities through continuous monitoring of competitor’s activities.
  • coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery .
  • Assist in organizing and executing sales & marketing events.
