Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and manage our B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing key business relationships, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of corporate sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
· Identify and acquire new corporate clients through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from our product/service portfolio.
· Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
· Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities.
· Prepare and present proposals, forecasts, and business performance reports to senior management.
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
· Ensure post-sale support and client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service coordination.
· Train, guide, and mentor junior sales staff.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
· Ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-level stakeholders.
· Proficiency in CRM tools.
· Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
