Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving corporate business revenue for the hotel by developing, managing, and growing relationships with corporate clients, multinational companies, and key business accounts. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and positioning the hotel as the preferred choice for corporate accommodation, meetings, and events in Dubai’s competitive luxury hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate room night, revenue, and profit targets.
  • Identify new corporate business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain and grow existing key corporate accounts while maximizing revenue potential.
  • Negotiate and manage corporate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel policies.

Account Management & Client Relations

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and familiarization trips (FAMs).
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies within the Dubai luxury hotel market.
  • Analyze sales performance reports and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.

Coordination & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue, and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns and sales collateral targeting the corporate segment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all accounts, contracts, and activities in the CRM system.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenses efficiently.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Corporate room nights and revenue achieved
  • New corporate accounts acquired
  • Account retention and growth
  • Client satisfaction scores
  • Conversion rate of sales leads

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment, preferably in Dubai or the GCC.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the corporate segment.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE corporate travel market and global distribution channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
