Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & BDM – Sponsorships to support our business growth by acquiring corporate sponsors and brand partners. The role primarily involves outbound calling, professional pitching of sponsorship opportunities, and closing sponsorship deals for platform, events, and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective sponsors and corporate partners
Present and pitch sponsorship and branding opportunities in a professional manner
Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as business owners, marketing heads, and brand managers
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors through regular follow-ups
Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship agreements
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and closures in CRM or reporting tools
Achieve assigned monthly sales and sponsorship revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sponsor onboarding and execution
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Sales preferred)
0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, sponsorship sales, or telecalling
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to confidently present value propositions and handle objections
Target-oriented mindset with a professional work ethic
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
