Position: Business Development Manager / Corporate Sales Manager – HR Services
Location: Karachi (Field / Hybrid)
Experience: 2+ years in HR Sales / Recruitment Sales / B2B Services Sales

Salary & Incentives:

  • Fixed Salary: PKR 50,000
  • Commission: 15% on collected business per month(no cap)
  • Performance-based growth and increments

Timings: Flexible (Market Pakistan)

About the Role:
Recruit Dreams is looking for a high-energy and well-connected Business Development / Corporate Sales Manager who can bring corporate clients for recruitment and HR services. The candidate MUST HAVE good connections in HR industry. This role is for someone who understands the HR services market, has corporate connections, and can confidently meet decision-makers, pitch services, and close deals. This is a performance-driven role with strong commission and fast growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring new corporate clients for recruitment and HR services
  • Use existing corporate network and develop new business opportunities
  • Visit companies, meet HR Managers, Directors, and CEOs
  • Pitch recruitment, staffing, and HR outsourcing services
  • Handle client meetings in person, on calls, and online
  • Understand client hiring needs and close service agreements
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure smooth execution
  • Achieve monthly business targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in HR sales, recruitment agency, or B2B services sales
  • Must have existing corporate connections and client handling experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to work independently and close deals
  • Experience in selling recruitment, staffing, or HR services is mandatory
