Corporate Secretary (6 month contract)

Our full time and part time assignments typically include working within our clients’ organisations on secondment.

As a result of increased demand from several of our clients, we are currently looking to strengthen our team via the engagement of lawyers and consultants.

Who are we looking for?

• Bi-lingual (English & Arabic) Lawyer with Corporate Secretary experience

• Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles of association, notaries, PoAs, resolutions, minutes, etc.

• Work with internal and external Counsel throughout the region

• Resident in the UAE (GCC/Golden/Spousal/Freelancer visa holders) , and available to start assignment at short notice
