Corporate Services & PRO Specialist (UAE Business Setup)

Responsibilities

• Handle business setup/renewals/amendments/liquidation for Mainland (DED) and Free Zones (e.g., IFZA/RAKEZ/DMCC/DAFZA/DIFC/ADGM)
• Manage visa/work permit/medical/biometrics/Emirates ID workflows (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tas-heel, Amer)
• Prepare/submit UBO, ESR, VAT (TRN) filings; support bank account opening/KYC
• Coordinate notarization, legal translation, MOFA/consular attestations; maintain registers & trackers
• Field visits to government centers, free zone service desks, banks, notary, RTA, etc.
• Communicate professionally in English with clients, government officers, and internal teams to hit SLA and compliance targets

Requirements

• 2–5+ years hands-on UAE PRO/Business Setup experience across DED and multiple Free Zones
• Proficiency with MOHRE / GDRFA / ICP / Tas-heel / Amer / Free Zone portals
• Valid UAE driving license and comfortable with daily fieldwork (SZR/H Hotel area)
• Strong English (written & spoken), documentation rigor, and deadline discipline
• Immediate/short notice availability preferred

Compensation (example; adjust as needed):

• AED 3,500–5,000/month depending on experience + mileage/parking reimbursement
• Visa, medical, annual leave per company policy

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
