Corporate Shuttle Supervisor

The Role Connect CMC Fleet is seeking a Corporate Shuttle Supervisor to manage our executive transport operations along the Lusail Expressway. This role is the bridge between our corporate clients and our driving team, ensuring that every shuttle run is executed with the highest standards of safety, comfort, and timing. You will be responsible for the daily fluidity of our shuttle network, serving major business hubs and residential communities.

Key Responsibilities * Schedule Integrity: Monitor and manage real-time shuttle movements to ensure 100% on-time performance across all corporate routes.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of the shuttle fleet to maintain "executive-class" cleanliness and mechanical standards.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate facility managers, addressing feedback and adjusting routes based on client occupancy and shift changes.
• Driver Management: Supervise and train a team of professional drivers on defensive driving techniques and corporate etiquette.

Requirements * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in fleet supervision or passenger transport management.

• Thorough knowledge of the Lusail and West Bay road networks and peak traffic patterns.
• Proficiency in fleet tracking software and communication tools.
• Strong leadership skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Package & Benefits * Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 9,800.
