Corporate Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Social Media person to manage our corporate social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility, especially on LinkedIn.
• Create engaging, professional, and audience-focused content using AI tools.
• Design visually appealing posts, graphics, and creatives (designing skills will be considered a plus).
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with business goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms (corporate/brand experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn strategies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
