Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced CSR Officer to lead and manage Qadri Group's corporate social responsibility initiatives — from employee welfare programs to community partnerships and impact reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and address education and healthcare needs to support employee wellbeing
• Assess and process cases for scholarships, Zakat, Kafalat, and medical aid
• Manage partnerships with NGOs, hospitals, and institutes for CSR delivery
• Design, run, and review employee welfare programs end-to-end
• Draft and maintain CSR policies, SOPs, and program records
• Represent the organization at CSR forums and community engagements
• Prepare CSR impact reports for management and the Board of Directors
• Conduct internal awareness sessions on welfare schemes and health programs
• Supervise the CSR Assistant and ensure timely program execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in CSR, employee welfare, HR, or community development
