  • Provide the CEO with regular portfolio-level updates

Performance & Analytics

  • Analyse subsidiary performance data to surface Group-level insights
  • Build business cases for investments, restructuring, and operational changes
  • Benchmark Group performance against regional and global best practices

Stakeholder Engagement & Org Development

  • Act as trusted liaison between the CEO's office and Group business leaders
  • Prepare board papers, executive presentations, and CEO-level briefings
  • Design operating models, governance structures, and capability development plans

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • 7–8 years' experience, with significant time at Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG in strategy or transformation
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes in multi-sector environments
  • Strong financial modelling and business case development skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience advising a conglomerate, holding group, or family office
  • GCC or MENA market exposure
  • PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci, or Kotter methodology experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strategic acuity — Group-level thinking grounded in execution detail
  • Executive presence — credible with CEO, Board, and senior leaders
  • Structured problem solving — hypothesis-driven, thrives in ambiguity
  • Influencing skills — drives alignment without direct authority
  • Delivery focus — strong bias for action and follow-through
  • Integrity & discretion — highest confidentiality standards in a CEO-proximate role
