We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to join our Dubai team as a Corporate Support Officer. This role plays a key part in keeping our operations running seamlessly, coordinating across departments, and upholding high administrative standards in line with Caparol's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day coordination between departments
• Assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
• Maintain organized filing systems and up-to-date records
• Liaise with internal teams and external contacts when needed
• Track ongoing tasks and flag priorities to the relevant teams

Requirements:

• UAE National
• 0–3 years of professional experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Team player with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
