Role Overview
As an HR Associate, you will play a vital role in welcoming new employees to our organization and ensuring a smooth transition as they start their career journey with RSM UAE. You will facilitate the onboarding process and provide support across a range of employee relations matters as required. This is a dynamic role which will involve you supporting other service lines such as business development activities including the marketing campaigns and RSM brand champion initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide support across a range of employee relations matters as required such as:

Participating in the hiring process

Participating in the Onboarding process
-
Serve as a point of contact for new joiners, addressing questions, clarification, and concerns during the onboarding process.

Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding experience that aim to provide a successful and engaging career with the firm.

Prepare and send comprehensive onboarding emails and materials to new joiners, including firm policies, benefits details, employee agreements and other required forms.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure IT necessities/laptop, and access are ready for new joiners.

Assist in the improvement of onboarding programs by identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency.

Participating in the HR process by:

Assist with the provision of advice across a range of HR and Employee Relations topics

Responds to employee and managers inquiries regarding HR policies/procedures and provides guidance.

Develop and process contracts of employment and employment policies & procedures in line with UAE Fedar laws, other local requirements and RSM UAE HR policies.

Suggesting improvements in the employment policies

Participating in the performance reviews and training by:
-
Administer performance management processes i.e., probation confirmation, appraisal etc

Preparation of reports and analyze data as and when required.

Follow up on Employees training and CPD requirements.

Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as and when required from time to time.

Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual employee engagement events and activities i.e., annual dinner, team building etc.

Track participation statistics ensuring continued success of all events and training programs.

Ensures compliance with UAE Federal, Emirates Local Laws and RSM UAE policy at all times
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Must Have Requirements

A Peoples Person with strong administrative and communication skills.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong report writing and presentation skills with attention to details.

A working knowledge and/ or keen interest in UAE employment law.

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Experience in a multicultural business environment.

A minimum of 6 month to 12 months in HR admin/operational experience.

Possess logical thinking and creativity.

Proficient in spoken and written Arabic.

A UAE National.
Key Performance indicator (KPIs)

Onboarding Efficiency: Complete 100% of new hire onboarding tasks (documentation, IT setup, orientation) within 3 business days of start date; achieve ≥90% positive feedback from new joiners on onboarding experience.

HR Service Responsiveness: Respond to employee/manager HR inquiries within 1 business day with accurate, policy-aligned guidance; maintain ≥95% satisfaction on HR support interactions.

Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure 100% of employment contracts, policies, and onboarding materials comply with UAE Federal/Local labour laws and firm HR policies; zero compliance errors in documented outputs.

Process Support & Reporting: Submit performance management reports, training trackers, and engagement event summaries on time (100% deadline adherence); proactively identify ≥1 process improvement suggestion per quarter.

Engagement & Participation: Support successful delivery of ≥90% of planned employee engagement events; achieve ≥75% staff participation in key initiatives (e.g., orientations, training, team activities).
