Corporate Support Specialist

ARCHE Advisors is privately held with corporate offices located in downtown, St. George, Utah. This position is located onsite in St. George, Utah.


Our business is growing! And we’re seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Support Specialist to help us offer superior customer service to our growing global vendors and clients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of vendor work orders and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to help ensure efficient flow of work within our organization. JOB SUMMARY


Our Corporate Support Specialist provides support to our Client Relations Managers with quick response to work orders received, data entry into our company-wide system and follow through as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Retrieve work orders from email or vendor portals and verify and log the receipt of required data, ensuring completeness. Obtain any missing data if necessary. Enter information from orders into a database, accurately recording necessary data
  • Update customer information in a database
  • Verify data and make any necessary changes to records
  • Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers
  • Input text-based and numerical information from source documents
  • Provide administrative support in team environment
  • Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
  • Providing team members with requested data or information
  • Assist with any special projects

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent data entry and typing skills (typing test for speed and accuracy required)
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Must be a team player with ability to work solo and group settings
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365-Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Good communication skills to assist clients and customers as needed.
  • Ability and understand the importance of confidential information
  • Must be able to work at a desk for a long period of time
  • Must be at least 18 years old

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or an equivalent GED

SALARY:

$20-22/hour DOE


JOB TYPE:

Part-time or full-time available. 20-40 hours/week


SCHEDULE:

During regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am through 5pm
